This course provides the basis for the cost estimate-investigation of the site, selection of the construction method, and preparation of the construction schedule-all integral parts of a detailed construction estimate. The self-paced lessons include numerous interactive exercises and quizzes. Based on AGC's best-selling Construction Estimating text, these courses provide examples applicable to all construction estimating, with a focus on heavy/civil construction. Underlying studies are the first step in the preparation of an estimate and provide the overview for a more detailed cost analysis.
